Friday, October 2 is Picture Day.  All students and staff members will get their picture taken for the yearbook.  Extra picture envelopes are in the main office.

The 7th & 8th grade cheerleaders are sponsoring a “Spirit Week”. Wednesday’s Spirit Day is Pink Out. How much pink can you wear?

Attention 6th, 7th and 8th grade students.  
There will be an informational meeting about the speech and debate club immediately after school in the library on Thursday, October 1st.  If you would like to learn how to compete in congressional debate or do some acting in interpretative events or compete in extemporaneous speaking which deals with current events, please plan to attend.  The first tournament this year is October 31,

Tryouts for power of the pen will be next week, October 5th through 7th. You must sign up for two writing slots. Times are available during WIN or after school. Signs are outside of Ms. Kun's room for 7th grade and Mrs. Schoenherr's for 8th. Please sign up by Thursday.

The 8th grade volleyball team lost to Bellevue last night in three sets. Grace Leimeister led the team with 9 service points. Miley Thurston had 8 and Emmallee Seville had 6. Lilliana McCoy and Alaina Nickles each put down 6 kills.

Yesterday the 7th grade Volleyball team beat Bellevue in 2 sets! Leading the Chargers was Lily Hedges with 9 service pts and 11 kills, Addie Biller with 6 service pts and 11 assists and Addi Ebinger with 6 service pts and 6 kills!
